This is a quick listing of code that I have written. When it is in a fairly commented form I post the code here and on my github.

### MATLAB:

**f_ICC** computes the Intra Correlation Coefficients: ICC(1,1), ICC(2,1), ICC(3,1), ICC(1,k), ICC(2,k), and ICC(3,k) based on the work by Shrout and Fleiss 1979.

**f_CCC** computed Lin’s Concordance Correlation Coefficient CCC, based on the development by Lin1989, corrections in 2000, and presentation by McBride2005.

**GeoLib** a library that implements a lot of the low level notation (adjoints, hats, wedges etc.) for geometric robotics. Notation follows “A Mathematical Introduction to Robotic Manipulation.” by Murray, Li, and Sastry.
